Today we went our independent routes. Like everyday we meet we first decide what each of us is going to do for the day and create a To-Do list. My goal for the day was to start outlining the website on photoshop and begin tutorials on how to create a website layout. However before I dived into that I first emailed our group's final proposal and on Spencer's suggestion, I found out the meaning/difference between conservation and preservation. Afterwards I began my journey into creating our website layout. I first looked up images for inspiration that resemble the design that I created in my outline, like pictures of tall grass, birds, different wetlands. I also tried finding special brushes I could download and utilize in photoshop to create different images. Next I went to an online tutorial that discussed how to create a website layout on photoshop then implement it on dreamweaver. I did not get very far into the tutorial, because I began creating and making a rough design of our website on Photoshop.
Below are images of the website layout I designed today:

2. Briefly describe what your TEAMMATE(S) accomplished today:The main focus of both Chelsea and Emily was to research different animal/plant species that will go on our website. Emily focused on the significant animals in wetlands and took extensive notes on these animals noting its scientific name, characteristics, diet, habit, and its role in the wetland. Chelsea did something very similar, but instead focused on the numerous plants found in wetlands. She looked into all the different types of grass and took quite a few notes on them.
3. Briefly describe how you and your partner(s) ASSISTED each other today:
Just like past days, we aided each other in the direction we all wanted to go. I help suggest to Chelsea and Emily what types of things they might want to research and they helped me in turn by providing feedback on the website design that I was working on. Emily even suggested that i used a pelican bird as a part of the rollover feature of the buttons.
